The Functions of Finance Committee are:

• To examine the annual accounts of the Institute and advise Executive Board thereon
• To examine the annual budget estimates and advise the Executive Board thereon
• To review the financial position of the Institute from time to time
• To make recommendations to the executive Board on all financial matters relating to the Institute
• To make recommendations to the Executive Board on all proposals involving raising of funds, receipts and expenditure
• To make recommendations on all proposals involving expenditure for which no provision has been made in the budget or which involve expenditure in excess of the amount provided in the budget

As per section 23 of SVIMS Act (12 of 1995 of AP State Legislature), the Finance Committee is constituted with the following members:
