Since a vast majority of patients are below the poverty line, SVIMS clinical operational funds are supported by TTD revenue grants, Pranadana Trust funds, and the Government of AP’s Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva (Aarogyasri) scheme.
Recent support includes Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi (RAN). Patients not covered under these schemes receive free care provided by SVIMS to the tune of ₹60 crores annually.
