About the Department
The Department of Cardiology at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati, is a premier super-specialty department providing comprehensive cardiac care, advanced diagnostic services, and state-of-the-art interventional procedures. The department is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research activities, and community outreach programs. With well-equipped cardiac catheterization laboratories, advanced echocardiography facilities, and experienced faculty, the department caters to a large population across Andhra Pradesh and neighboring states.
