Functions of the Placement Cell

• Coordinate placement activities for all constituent colleges of SVIMS University.
• Liaise with hospitals, healthcare organizations, industries, research laboratories, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, and biotechnology companies for recruitment opportunities.
• Invite recruiters for campus interviews and placement drives.
• Organize pre-placement talks, career fairs, workshops, and seminars.
• Provide career counselling and individual guidance to students.
• Maintain records of student placements and employer feedback.

The Cell coordinates placement activities with government and private hospitals, super-specialty institutions, rehabilitation centres, diagnostic laboratories, research organizations, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, academic institutions, public health organizations, and other healthcare employers.
