Functions of the Placement Cell
- Coordinate placement activities for all constituent colleges of SVIMS University.
- Liaise with hospitals, healthcare organizations, industries, research laboratories, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, and biotechnology companies for recruitment opportunities.
- Invite recruiters for campus interviews and placement drives.
- Organize pre-placement talks, career fairs, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide career counselling and individual guidance to students.
- Maintain records of student placements and employer feedback.
