Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy details how refunds and cancellations are handled for transactions made through the SVIMS portal.

Fee Refunds: Refunds of admission fees, examination fees, and other student fees are governed by the academic regulations of SVIMS. In case of cancellation of admission by the student, the refund will be processed as per the University guidelines and UGC directives in force at the time.

Online Transactions: For any failed online transaction where the amount is deducted from the payer's account but not received by SVIMS, the amount is usually credited back to the source account automatically by the payment gateway within 7-10 working days.
