Submission and presentation guidelines for e-Poster and oral presentations for AP AMBICON 2020

Submission guidelines

·         The presenter should ensure that the abstract submitted for e-Poster or oral presentation is not published/in press/presented at any other conference.

·         Last date for abstract submission is 18^th December 2020.

·         The decision of the scientific committee shall be final.

·         Accepted abstracts shall be notified by 20^th December 2020.

   Preparation guidelines for e-Posters

·      Template for e-Poster presentation shall be sent by e-mail along with the decision. 

·      The presenter of e-Poster presentation should use the template provided, with the main body of information on a white background with black font. 

·      Recommended fonts: Times New Roman or Arial. 

·      Prepared e-Poster in the given template should be sent by e-mail to ambisvims@gmail.com by 25^th December 2020.

·      Graphs, tables and images can be embedded into e-Poster, but no video or audio files and animations.

·      The presentation cannot be subjected to any changes once it is submitted.

 Presentation guidelines for e-Posters

·         e-Posters shall be available for viewing only.

Preparation guidelines for oral presentations:

·      The presenter of oral presentation should prepare power point with 8-10 slides and send it by e-mail to ambisvims@gmail.com by 25^th December 2020.

·      The presentation cannot be subjected to any changes once it is submitted.

Presentation guidelines for oral presentations:

·         The presenter shall be available throughout the time slot allotted for oral presentation.

·         The slides of oral presentation shall be displayed by the host (organisers) and the presenter shall do the presentation in the time slot given, after joining the link provided

·         Any queries/questions by the judges shall be addressed by the presenter when asked to do so.

·         The video should be switched on during oral presentation.

·         By submitting your e-Poster and oral presentation, you agree to having it on the AP AMBICON  2020 virtual platform

Awards

·         All the e posters will be judged based on the scientific content of the work.

·         There will be awards for best poster and oral presentation (Both for Faculty and PG ‘s) , which will be declared in the valedictory function.
