Dr.P.V.L.N Srinivasa Rao has conducted a research project funded by ICMR on "Biochemical changes in dialysis - study of changes in free radicals and antioxidant systems to help in the optimization of dialysis" In addition to above, the following research work was done:

1."Genetic epidemiology of lipids and lipoproteins in the Reddy population".

2. "Effect of Pancha Karma therapy on carbohydrate, lipid and protien metabolism".
