Introduction

 

The Department of Dental Surgery was started in May 2014, to cater the needs of all individuals with dental diseases and with an aim to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary dental care. The department provides preventive and rehabilitative dental care. The department is carrying out other academic activities like training of undergraduates both in theory and practicals. We are actively participating in recently started cancer initiative programme “PINK BUS” activities for early diagnosis of oral cancer through various community based camps.
