Introduction

Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (SPMCW) is a constituent college of the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati. It stands as a premier institution dedicated to medical education and research for women. Established in 2014, the institution has quickly become a beacon of clinical and academic excellence in Andhra Pradesh.

The college building was inaugurated on 16.12.2016. The MBBS course is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and degrees are awarded by SVIMS University.

SVIMS-Sri Padmavathi Medical College Hospital, constructed by APMSIDC and was inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, on 01.10.2017.

The hospital currently provides Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) services.
