Out-Patient Services
• The scheme is designed in such a way that the benefit in
the primary care is addressed through free screening and
outpatient consultation both in the health camps and in the
network hospitals as part of scheme implementation.
In-patient Services
• The scheme shall provide coverage for the 1060 "Listed
Therapies" for identified diseases in the 29 categories – are
listed in website: www.ysraaroagyasri.ap.gov.in. Package
includes end-to-end cashless service offered through a NWH from
the time of reporting of a patient till ten days post discharge
medication, including complications if any up to thirty (30)
days post-discharge, for those patients who undergo a "listed
therapy(ies).
• Free Food and Transportation Charges to and fro also
provided.
EMERGENCY
SURGERIES
• The patients
who required emergency surgeries / treatment, the consultant /
duty resident should take telephonic intimation code from the
Dr. YSR Trust through SVIMS inter cum exchange no.9. Duty
exchange persons will connect the lines to the following
emergency lines at any time (Round the clock).

FOLLOW-UP SERVICES
• Provided for
a period of one year
• Therefore
Four quarters only
• Medicines &
Investigations will be provided subjected availability of the
amount per quarter.

to attend physically to receive the followup medications for
every quarter.

HEALTH CAMPS:

To
bring awareness among the rural population of state, majority of
who are farmers and agriculture labourers, patients not aware of
advanced medical treatments and are silent sufferers of ill
health.

The
camp schedule of every month will be provided by the Dr. YSR
Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.

Camps Conducted by SVIMS: 504 (Till December 2019)

Medical Camp Coordinator (VMCCO) at least 7 days in advance to
the camp area to undertake IEC activities as planned and arrange
for the facilities to be provided for the camps.
