  1. Dr. PVLN Srinivasa Rao awarded by the IFCC-AVL for contribution to critical care testing in 1995.
  2. Dr. PVLN Srinivasa Rao received the ‘YOUNG INVESTIGATOR AWARD’ from Japanese Society of Dialysis and Transplantation, Yokohma, Japan in 1997.
  3. Government meritorious services award for the year 2001: Awarded to Dr. P.V.L.N. Srinivasa Rao.
  4. Government meritorious services award for the year 2002: Awarded to Dr. K.S.S. Saibaba.
  5. Dr. P.V.L.N. Srinivasa Rao, senior professor and head was awarded Prestigious Fellowship of AMBI for meticulous and academic contributions to the association in the 23rd AMBICON at Rohtak on 20th November 2015.

Best Paper Award  

         1.         Sarvari Geriki, PhD Scholar in Biochemistry awardedBest poster award” among the posters presented during National Conference of Association of Clinical Biochemists of India held at Mangalore from 13th – 15th December, 2016.

         2.         Naresh Sriram, PhD Scholar in Biochemistry awardedDr. C.Sita Devi  award” among the papers presented during National Conference of Association of Clinical Biochemists of India held at Mangalore from 13th – 15th December, 2016.

         3.         Naresh Sriram, PhD Scholar in Biochemistry awarded Travel fellowship award” at National Conference of Association of Clinical Biochemists of India held at Mangalore from 13th – 15th December, 2016.

         4.         Dr Aparna R Bitla,Associate Professor received the Best paper award under the original article category for the manuscript, ‘Urinary enzymes and microalbuminuria as biomarkers of renal dysfunction after contrast administration’ published in the Journal of Clinical and Scientific Research for the year 2015 presented during SVIMS unifest on 26th February 2016.

         5.         Dr. M. M. Suchitra received Dr. Subhashini and Dr. Kamalakar Reddy endowment award for the original article titled “Risk factors for cardiovascular disease in obese children” at the 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary day celebrations on 26th Feb 2018.

National Association(AMBI)

Dr.M.M.Suchitra, Associate professor has been identified as the Andhra Pradesh state representative for 2018 by the Association of Medical Biochemists of India at the 25th National conference of AMBI held at Mysuru,  Karnataka during 17-19th November  2017.
